Merry Christmas!

These final days before Christmas are busy with activities and preparations. A couple of reminders as we prepare for our annual Christmas
concert.

On Monday, December 20, children are encouraged to “Dress in their Best” for the school day. This will be an out-of-uniform day as we will be
presenting our musical in the afternoon at 1:00 PM. This performance will be taped for later viewing on the Prescott Cable channel.

Our evening performance will begin at 7:00 PM. Doors to the school will open at 6:30 PM. Students should be at school by 6:45 and should go to
their classroom.

Families are invited to share a treat for the social following the 7:00 PM performance.

Tuesday, December 21, is Care Groups. It is an out-of-uniform day.

If you are planning to chaperone your child’s classroom on a field trip, read to the students in the classroom, do a project or party in the
classroom, help out in any way, you must complete all paperwork prior to the event. Please help our school comply with this Diocesan policy by
completing the necessary documents. Thank you for your diligence in this matter.

Attached is a letter from Mrs. Mutschler about the Children’s Choir on Christmas Eve at the 4:00 PM Mass. Please return the slip by December
17th if interested.

The Home and School bake sale will be held after this weekend’s Masses.

_________

Subject: Bake Sale & Extra Poinsettias - Rescheduled to Dec. 18 & 19 after masses - & Knights Pancake Breakfast - Rescheduled to Dec. 19 after
masses

For those of you that were snowed in this weekend but still have baked goods to donate to our Home & School Bake Sale, please bring them to
the church basement this weekend before the masses. If you feel like baking something still, we welcome new things to sell.

I could use 2 more volunteers to help sell after 8:00 and 10:00 masses.

Please call me at 715-262-4738 or email me at mjjjknott@yahoo.com if you're available.

The raffle drawing will be on Sunday and I will call the winners on Sunday afternoon.

Thank you for everyone who was able to get their items to church this past weekend. Sales were surprisingly good. But I know we can do better by
giving it a try again this coming weekend. Thanks for all you do!!!!
