VACCINATION CLINIC
The Pierce County Public Health Department will be holding a H1N1 vaccination clinic on Thursday, October 29, from 3:30-
5:30 at the Prescott High School for students in Pre-K-5th grade. Call Marie Magnon at Malone Elementary, 262-5463 for
more information.
LIFETOUCH RETAKES
Picture retakes will be on Thursday, November 5. If your child is having his/her picture retaken, you must return the
original package of pictures.
CARE GROUPS
We will be holding our monthly CARE GroupS on Tuesday, October 27. Students will be decorating grocery bags for the
St. Joseph Food Shelf.
ALL SAINTS DAY
All Saints Day is on Sunday, November 1. We will NOT be asking the students to dress as their favorite saint this year.
FORTY HOURS’ ADORATION
St. Joseph Parish is holding this special devotion beginning with a Mass of Exposition on Wednesday, October 28 at 7:00
PM. Thursday, October 29 will have several different liturgies during the day. Bishop Listecki will celebrate the Solemn
Pontifical Mass at 7:00 PM. The forty hours will conclude on Friday, October 30 with the Closing Mass of Thanksgiving with
the school students at 11:00 AM. Our students will be attending Adoration during these 40 hours.
NO SCHOOL
There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, November 6. This is a teacher in-service day. This marks the end of the first quarter.
