All school parents are required to sign a form acknowledging receipt of Safe Environment materials from the Diocese of
La Crosse prior to their child’s participation in school.  The safe environment materials can be reviewed by clicking the
links below or by contacting the school office.  Please note that completion of the form is a requirement for your child
to participate in school.

New volunteers at our school must also complete a one-time background check and confidential questionnaire.  We
welcome all new volunteers! Contact the school if you are interested so we can get your paperwork started (you can also
print the paperwork from the School Forms section of this website).
