Notes from Ms. Crystal 11/6/25

November is the month to be thankful, and we are sooo thankful to all our wonderful families for sharing your kids with us and for all of your support of our amazing school; you are truly the best.  I listed a few quick highlights below of important things happening in the next few weeks, but as always, let me know if you have any questions. We hope to see you all at the Purse Bingo Event happening Saturday afternoon at Ridgetop (there is a link below to sign up still if interested).

Veteran's Day

Please join us at 9:45 AM on November 11th in the school gym for our annual Veterans' Day Program. We will recognize and honor all our veterans in a short patriotic program and offer the opportunity for our veterans to introduce themselves.

Wall of Heroes

For the month of November, we also like to pay special tribute to all the Veterans in our lives with our "Wall of Heroes" bulletin board by the gym.  Feel free to send in pictures of any Veterans you would like honored, or email a picture to the office and I will print them off.

Candy Canes

One of the kids' favorite times of year is right around the corner...Candy Cane Cards!  More information will be coming home soon, but we are looking for some donations of miniature candy canes to get us started. We go through 100's of candy canes each year, so the more the merrier! 

Food Pantry

Don't forget about the Thanksgiving Food Drive happening at the Prescott Food Pantry. Items may be dropped off at school as well.

The food pantry also recently lost all of its frozen food due to a freezer malfunction. Any donations of freezer items that could be brought directly to the food pantry would be greatly appreciated.

Gala Family Form

Please remember to return page 2 of the Family Donation Request form to the school office (it is attached to this email if you need another copy). The Gala appreciates any help available more than you know. :)
