Classes start September 17th!

This year families were emailed the following registration information:

Registration letter, which included all the information you need to get started, including important due dates.
Calendar
Safe Environment Training Instructions - Completion is required by the Diocese
Bus Form (for grade 1-5 families using busing)
Registration Form - You can either print and return or email completed forms to catholic.ed@stjosephprescott.com. Forms and fees can be dropped off or mailed to the parish office.

If you have any questions or any issues with the paperwork, please email the DRE email catholic.ed@stjosephprescott.com. Separate information is being sent out for juniors preparing for Confirmation.

Catholic Education Calendar:

Wednesday Religious Education Classes

Grades 1-5 (who are not currently attending St. Joseph's School):

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:40 pm at St. Joseph School. Bus transportation is available from Malone Elementary and Malone Intermediate schools. Students will then need to be picked up from St. Joseph School at 4:40.

Grades 6-8

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:00 pm at St. Joseph School.

Grades 9-10 (Confirmation prep)

Grade 9 classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:00 pm at St. Joseph School.

Grade 10 classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:00 pm in the St. Joseph Parish Gathering Space.

First Reconciliation & Holy Communion

First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion preparation classes are held for grade 2 on Wednesdays. First Holy Communion will be held in the Spring.

Confirmation (Grades 9-10)

Confirmation preparation classes are held for grades 9-10 on Wednesdays. Confirmation ceremony is held in the fall for juniors.

OCIA (Order of Christian for Adults)

The order of the Christian Initiation for Adults is a process for individuals to become Catholic and receive the sacraments of initiation. Please contact the parish office if you have questions or would like more information abut becoming Catholic.

Sunday School (3-5 year olds)

For children ages 3 to 5 years old, including those in Kindergarten. Held during the Sunday 10:00 am Masses, during the school year. To register please fill out the Sunday School Registration Form and submit the $35 fee to the parish office.
